1.Must have good in English (speaking+ writing)

2.Vast knowledge in Cad marker and pattern

• Quality Assurance: Establish, implement, and maintain rigorous quality control procedures across all stages of production (cutting, sewing, and finishing).

• Buyer Compliance: Ensure all finished products strictly comply with international quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and specific guidelines of the buyers.

• AQL Management: Conduct and oversee inline, pre-final, and final inspections based on standard Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL).

• Audit Preparation: Lead the factory team during buyer audits, third-party inspections, and technical compliance assessments.

• Root Cause Analysis: Identify quality defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) immediately.

• Deep understanding of woven, knit garment sweater, defects, fabric inspection systems (4-point system), and international testing standards.

•  Deep understanding about pattern, cad marker and consumption.

• Sample follow up from Fit Sample till shipment sample.
