Responsibilities & Context:

Pre-Production Activities

Ensure all technical and production requirements are reviewed and confirmed before bulk production.

Dyeing Planning & Production Target

Review and ensure the daily dyeing plan is properly prepared and executed.

Monitor production performance and ensure achievement of daily production targets.

Cross-Functional Communication

Maintain effective communication and coordination with Marketing, Cutting, Production Planning, QC, Knitting, and Finishing teams.

Technical Command on Dyeing & Finishing

Strong command of different dyeing and finishing processes according to fabric construction, fiber composition, GSM, and required performance.

Troubleshooting & Process Control

Analyze root causes of quality and production problems and implement effective corrective actions. 

Machine & Process Understanding

Strong understanding of dyeing and finishing machine parameters behavior with different fabric GSM, constructions, compositions, and process requirements. 

Floor Management & People Leadership

Ensure discipline, productivity, housekeeping, safety, and compliance on the production floor.

WIP & Short Lead-Time Order Management

Effectively manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) to minimize production delays.
