Responsibilities & Context:

This position will be responsible to lead IE activities including SMV and operation analysis, capacity and productivity studies, layout and manpower optimization, performance monitoring, process improvement, and IE team development.

• Analyze new styles and prepare operational breakdowns to establish accurate SMV according to factory capacity.

• Follow up sample development to validate SMV and operation breakdown and coordinate required changes with Marketing.

• Monitor factory performance against SMV costing and ensure operational consistency across factories.

• Analyze operation bulletins, prepare layouts, and identify critical operations, special machines, and attachments.

• Check workstation layout, methods, and manpower/machine utilization during line feeding.

• Conduct Capacity, Production, Time, and Method Studies to improve productivity.

• Assess worker skills and maintain skill matrices for existing and new employees.

• Research new IE technologies and best practices to improve factory efficiency.

• Lead and guide the IE team, monitor performance, and support team development.
