∎ Experience in formalwear will be an added advantage
∎ Previous experience in working directly with buyers and designers
∎ Proficiency in communicating in English in writing & speaking
∎ Proficiency in work with design tools like Adobe Illustrator and photoshop
∎ Proficiency in work with Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
∎ Strong technical skills in garment construction and design
∎ Knowledge in woven fabrics and good sourcing capabilities
∎ Excellent Understanding about global fashion trends and International high-street brand awareness Experience in CLO3D software will be an added advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To create design/product sample presentations based on customer mood boards.
∎ To make professional tech packs using Illustrator & Photoshop.
∎ To communicate with buyers and sourcing offices.
∎ To communicate design specifications to CAD team, work closely with the sample room to ensure that the designs are executed correctly, and the finished products meet the brand's quality standards.
∎ To source, select, and book RM for sample development.
∎ To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and production, to ensure a cohesive brand image.
∎ To perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management.
∎ Follow up and co-ordinate every stage of sampling.
∎ This position will be responsible for design sample or will develop the new product for the buyer by fulfilling their requirements and expectations.
