• Age At least 22 years

• Expert-level MS Excel skills are mandatory.

• Strong analytical and numerical ability.

• Good knowledge of production planning and capacity planning.

• Experience in Fast React will be an advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Ability to handle large volumes of data and prepare reports independently.

This position will be responsible for production planning,capacity and line loading, Excel-based data analysis and reporting, Fast React updates, and monitoring production plans to support efficient capacity utilization and on-time shipment.

• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order and shipment requirements.

• Prepare capacity, order booking, line loading, line opening, and style changeover plans.

• Monitor production vs. plan and identify gaps, delays, and capacity issues.

• Prepare Excel-based planning dashboards, MIS, and management reports.

• Update and monitor Fast React/planning system data.

• Prepare T&A, PCD, CP, capacity, loading, shipment & planning reports.

• Analyze capacity utilization, line efficiency, loading, and production performance using Excel.

• Prepare plan changes and recovery plans to support on-time shipment.

• Maintain accurate order-wise/style-wise planning data and provide timely updates.

• Attend daily planning meetings and provide data-based analysis and updates.
