We are looking for energetic Textile Engineering graduates, preferably IPE, to join our MTO Program. The program offers structured job rotation and hands-on training in Production department, providing practical exposure to garment operations, productivity, quality and efficiency while developing future production leaders.

• Learn and understand the end-to-end garment production process.

• Support the production team in achieving daily production targets and efficiency.

• Monitor production output, manpower, quality and line performance.

• Assist in identifying production bottlenecks and supporting improvement actions.

• Prepare and maintain daily production reports and data.

• Support Lean, 5S, Kaizen and productivity improvement initiatives.

• Assist with day-to-day production operations and assigned tasks.

• Participate in meetings, training sessions, workshops and other learning opportunities.

• Observe and learn from experienced staff members and senior management.

• Gain knowledge of company policies, procedures and operational processes.

• Maintain proper notes and communicate effectively with Managers and Supervisors.

• Fulfill the learning objectives and goals set for the traineeship.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Management.
