Responsibilities & Context:
The purpose of this position is to monitor orders, start to end by making plan and develop merchandising strategies, analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs, collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
Forecast order placement timing and volume based on customer communication.
Analyze risks and critical paths and conduct follow-up meetings with Production and customers to ensure timely execution.
Follow up with customers to obtain approval of the packing list.
Log sample requests with the Sample Room for all types of samples, except production-related samples.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving production and shipment-related issues to facilitate smooth and timely delivery.
Follow up on the booking of fabric, lining, fusing, greige fabric, and other required materials.
Monitor production against the delivery schedule and update order status in the system.
Prepare all necessary documents and approvals for handing over the file to the Supply Chain team for execution.
Monitor production progress against the flow of raw materials (RM) to ensure timely availability and execution.
Coordinate liability settlement with customers and follow up on necessary adjustments or closures.
Prepare bulk TNA (Time and Action) plans and submit offers to customers to obtain PCCR/PO.
