Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 25 years

•Strong practical knowledge of line balancing, SMV, capacity planning, manpower planning and productivity improvement. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and team-coordination skills. • Candidates with direct plush/soft toy manufacturing experience will receive preference.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing methods for plush/soft toy production. • Ensure proper line balancing according to the approved Operation Bulletin. • Calculate manpower and machine requirements based on production needs. • Prepare factory and production-line capacity reports to support planning decisions. • Establish and maintain Standard Minute Value (SMV) for individual operations. • Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Improve material utilization and reduce production waste. • Monitor and update production standards based on process improvements. • Maintain manpower-to-machine ratios (MMR) according to approved requirements. • Review order and shipment status with the Planning and relevant teams. • Train supervisors and operators on standard working methods. • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Sampling, Merchandising and HR teams.
