Experience Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in garments or plush toy manufacturing sector.
• Must have factory-based quality management experience and exposure to international buyer standards.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) to handle foreign communication.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical skill on sewing process.
• Ability to build and maintain professional quality systems to meet buyer requirements.

Job Context: Cupcake Exports Ltd. is a 100% export-oriented plush toy manufacturing company, operating under a Germany–Bangladesh joint venture. We produce high-quality soft toys for global brands, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and dedicated Quality Manager to lead our quality department and ensure all production meets international buyer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the factory Quality Control (QC) team to ensure consistent product quality.
• Develop and implement effective quality management systems and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate directly with foreign customers regarding quality issues and product approvals.
• Prepare and execute Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for buyer audits and quality feedback.
• Maintain quality documentation, reports, and inspection records in a professional manner.
• Provide technical guidance and training to QC team members.
• Collaborate closely with production, merchandising, and compliance teams to achieve company quality goals.
