Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 22 years

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Apparel, Business Administration, English, or any relevant subject.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• 0-2 years of experience in a Garments Factory or Buying House will be an advantage.

• No strong merchandising experience is required.

• Strong interest in Garments Merchandising and willingness to learn.

• Basic English reading and writing skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Must be responsible, careful, hardworking, and willing to learn.

• Able to work with Production, QC, Procurement, Shipping, and other departments.

• Experience in underwear, lingerie, or knit products will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Assist Senior Merchandisers in following up buyer orders.

• Follow Sample, BOM, Fabric, Accessories, and other material requirements.

• Follow up Cutting, Sewing, Packing, and Production progress.

• Assist in updating T&A / Critical Path and order status.

• Follow up final inspection and shipment schedules.

• Coordinate with Production, QC, Procurement, and Shipping teams.

• Assist in preparing buyer documents, reports, and emails.

• Identify material shortages, production delays, and shipment risks and report them on time.

• After training, gradually handle styles and POs independently.
