Sound knowledge of sweater manufacturing processes, yarn sourcing, and product development.

Strong understanding of costing, consumption, and production planning.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser (Sweater) to manage buyer communications and coordinate order execution from development to shipment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of sweater merchandising processes and the ability to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and buyer requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Handle buyer communications and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers.

Manage orders from sample development to final shipment.

Coordinate with factories, production teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Follow up on sample development, costing, approvals, and order confirmations.

Monitor production status and ensure timely shipment as per buyer requirements.

Prepare and maintain order-related documentation, including T&A plans, costing sheets, and order summaries.

Coordinate with Quality, Commercial, and Production teams to resolve any issues during production.

Negotiate prices and delivery schedules with suppliers and factories when required.

Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, product specifications, and company policies.

Prepare regular order status reports for management and buyers.

Perform any other duties assigned by management related to merchandising activities.
