Strong knowledge of sweater manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Knowledge of quality control process for Knit garments will be an added advantage.

Sound knowledge of AQL inspection procedures and garment measurement techniques.

Ability to identify knitting, linking, washing, finishing, and packing defects.

Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Controller (Sweater) to ensure product quality from sample development to final shipment. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production quality, conducting inspections, and coordinating with factories and merchandising teams to maintain buyer requirements and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct inline, mid-line, and final inspections of sweater products as per buyer requirements and AQL standards.

• Monitor production processes and identify quality issues at an early stage.

• Ensure that all products comply with approved samples, specifications, and quality standards.

• Prepare and submit inspection reports with proper documentation and photographs.

• Follow up with factories regarding corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.

• Coordinate with Merchandising and Production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.

• Verify measurements, construction quality, appearance, packing, and labeling before shipment.

• Attend pre-production meetings and provide quality-related guidance to factories.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company quality procedures.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management related to quality assurance and control
