Responsibilities & Context:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Safety Management, or any relevant field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Fire Safety, HR, Compliance, or related work in a garments/RMG factory.

• Good knowledge of fire safety management, fire equipment checking, evacuation procedures, and fire drills.

• Basic understanding of RSC, BEPZA, Buyer Audit, and factory safety requirements.

• Able to conduct fire safety awareness training and maintain related records.

• Able to support HR activities such as attendance, employee discipline, training records, and documentation.

• Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

• Basic English communication and writing skills.

• Responsible, organized, and able to follow up CAP and safety improvement actions.
