Skills Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, DevOps practices, Release Management, and Change Management processes.

  • Understanding of application distributed system architecture, cloud platforms, infrastructure, networking, and deployment environments.

  • Strong Knowledge of enterprise grade microservice based distributed systems, API ecosystems & cloud platforms.

  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts, including APIs, authentication mechanisms, data flows, transaction flows, messaging patterns, middleware, and inter-system dependencies.

  • Ability to evaluate and plan API-based integrations, including payload structures, request/response patterns, expected transaction volumes, throughput considerations, and dependency mapping.

  • Ability to analyze business and technical requirements, architecture impacts, dependencies, and delivery risks.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid, and iterative delivery models.

  • Proven experience managing technology, integration, digital transformation, migration, product implementation, or enterprise-scale projects.

  • Strong command of Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Trello, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong vendor, partner, and third-party stakeholder management experience.

  • Understanding of budgeting, resource planning, capacity management, financial tracking, and portfolio management principles.

  • Development or software engineering experience will be considered a strong advantage.PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, CAPM, or equivalent certifications will be preferred.

    Experienced Required:

    3-5 years of experience managing technology, i  ntegration or enterprise projects in Digital Financial Services (DFS), FinTech, Banking, Telecommunications, Payment Systems, or IT Enabled services.

  • Experience managing large-scale integration, migration, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives will be considered an advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and closure activities throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, success criteria, resource requirements, and implementation strategies.

  • Act as the liaison between Business, Service Planning & Delivery, Development, QA and Vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Review technical solution approaches, implementation strategies, architecture impacts, integration dependencies, and deployment readiness in collaboration with technical teams.

  • Coordinate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, sprint reviews, release planning, and implementation schedules in collaboration with Product Owners and delivery teams.

  • Drive project governance activities and ensure adherence to established delivery methodologies, standards, controls, and reporting requirements.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, governance frameworks, implementation roadmaps, logs, and project documentation.

  • Monitor project progress against approved plans and proactively manage deviations, bottlenecks, resource constraints, and delivery risks.

  • Identify, assess, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Facilitate project governance forums, steering committee meetings, sprint reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder discussions.

  • Manage external vendors, implementation partners, and technology providers to ensure delivery commitments are met.

  • Track project budgets, resource utilization, vendor performance, project costs, and implementation performance.

  • Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, dependencies, escalations, decisions, and implementation updates to all stakeholders.

  • Support Go-Live planning, implementation oversight, post-implementation reviews, lessons learned sessions, and project closure activities.

  • Drive continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies, governance practices, reporting mechanisms, and execution frameworks.

  • Ensure all projects are compliant with the organizational standards, security requirements, regulatory requirements, and audit controls.
