Job Context:
We are looking for an energetic and skilled Digital Marketing & Software Development Manager for our engineering/business firm. The ideal candidate must not only drive our digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns but also take full ownership of developing a brand-new corporate website and a custom ERP software from scratch to streamline our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website & ERP Development (Primary & Crucial Focus):
Plan, design, and develop a brand-new, responsive, and high-performance corporate website for the company.
Design, build, and deploy a customized ERP Software (covering inventory, accounts, production/sales, and HR management) tailored to our company's workflow.
Integrate necessary databases, APIs, and security protocols for both the website and the ERP system.
Troubleshoot bugs, maintain system updates, and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the tech infrastructure.
2. Digital Marketing & Brand Growth:
Plan and execute result-driven digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn.
Manage SEO, social media presence, and online lead generation to boost business sales.
Monitor marketing performance, analyze ROI, and optimize digital strategies.
Job Requirements:
Educational Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Software Engineering, or relevant technical fields.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Full-stack/Web Development and implementing/developing ERP solutions, alongside solid digital marketing experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Frontend & Backend web technologies (PHP/Laravel, JavaScript, React, Node.js, or WordPress/Custom frameworks). Strong understanding of database manage
