Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)/B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university.

• Candidates with relevant experience in ERP/MIS, ERP implementation and functional support will be preferred.

• Age At most 35 years

• Basic to good knowledge of ERP systems and MIS operations.

• Experience in ERP user support, data verification, transaction monitoring and troubleshooting will be preferred.

• Practical knowledge of Garments/Textile manufacturing processes will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of Logicsoft Platform ERP will be highly preferred.

• Basic understanding of ERP modules such as Merchandising, Planning, MCD, Purchase, Production, Store, Commercial and Shipment.

• Good knowledge of Power BI, MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.

• Ability to prepare ERP-based MIS reports and analyze operational data.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with different departments and ERP users.

• Willingness to learn new ERP modules, business processes and system functionalities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

GMS, a state of art and a leading national export trophy winner and one of the largest knit garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh is going to recruit "Officer/Senior Officer - MIS" for Factory Unit, located in Sardaganj, Kashimpur, Gzipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional support to users of Logicsoft Platform ERP and ensure smooth ERP operations.

• Support ERP modules including Merchandising, Planning, MCD, Purchase & Procurement, Fabric Production, Garments Production, Commercial, Print, AOP, Embroidery, Wash, Yarn Dyeing and Trims & Accessories.

• Monitor daily ERP transactions and identify incorrect, incomplete or missing data entries.

• Assist users in Buyer Order Entry, Pre-Cost/Budget, Fabric & Trims Booking, Planning, Yarn Allocation, Production Planning, Store, Purchase, Production, Inventory and Shipment-related ERP transactions.

• Provide first-level troubleshooting for ERP-related user issues and coordinate with the MIS/ERP team and Logicsoft support team for unresolved issues.

• Follow up with respective departments to ensure timely completion and accuracy of ERP transactions.

• Assist in ERP implementation, new module implementation, process changes and system enhancement activities.

• Assist in user training, ERP process orientation and preparation of user manuals/SOPs.

• Prepare regular ERP-based MIS reports and provide required data/information to Management and respective departments.

• Check data consistency between different ERP modules and report discrepancies to the concerned authority.

• Assist in master data maintenance, system testing, validation of new ERP features/reports.

• Maintain records of ERP issues, user complaints, solutions and pending activities.

• Support automation of manual reports and processes through ERP.

• Coordinate with departmental users and Logicsoft support team for ERP-related corrections and improvements.

• Perform any other MIS/ERP-related duties assigned by Management.
