Responsibilities & Context:

GreenBay Landmark Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Officer, Accounts & Finance to join our Finance & Accounts department. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities.

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, including Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, and Bank Book.

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, including Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, and Bank Book

  • Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, bills, and payment requests as per company policy, including petty cash, TA/DA, and expense claims

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, including vendor/customer ledgers, aging, reconciliation, and follow-up

  • Calculate and ensure proper TDS/VDS deduction on vendor/contractor payments, and prepare and submit monthly VAT and withholding tax returns within deadline, maintaining related records

  • Maintain project-wise and cost-head-wise accounting records, and monitor inventory/material movement with reconciliation against accounting records

  • Prepare Budget vs. Actual, project cost, cash flow, collection, and payable reports for management

  • Monitor cash flow, fund position, and working capital requirements, including project-related funding needs.

  • Maintain customer booking, instalment, advance, collection, and outstanding records in coordination with Sales/CRM

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, prepare audit schedules/supporting documents, and follow up on audit observations.

  • Support ERP/accounting software and other Accounts & Finance tasks as assigned by management.
