- Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in textile manufacturing, preferably in both Knit and Woven factories.
- Strong knowledge of weaving, dyeing, printing, fabric construction, and composition.
- Practical understanding of the complete production process.
- Must be willing to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing overall textile production operations, ensuring production targets, quality, efficiency, cost control, and timely delivery while optimizing manpower, machinery, and resources.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily, monthly, and annual production targets.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and production capacity.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, wastage, downtime, and production costs.
- Develop strategies for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Merchandising, and Commercial teams.
- Ensure production meets required quality and customer standards.
- Manage manpower planning, departmental KPIs, and team performance.
- Prepare and control the annual production budget.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement production SOPs, policies, and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare production reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
