Skills Requirements:

• Flutter & Dart Architecture: Advanced proficiency in Dart, Flutter framework rendering internals, and clean architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, BLoC, Riverpod).

• Mobile Application Security: Deep expertise in OWASP Mobile Top 10, SSL/TLS certificate pinning, secure session handling (JWT/OAuth 2.0), and hardware-backed storage (Apple Keychain, Android Keystore).

• Anti-Tampering & RASP: Practical experience with code obfuscation (R8, ProGuard, Dart obfuscation), root/jailbreak detection, and anti-reverse engineering techniques.

• Platform Channels & Native Integration: Hands-on ability to write native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift) code to interface with hardware and OS security APIs.

• Location & Map Services: Proven experience integrating Google Maps Platform (Maps SDK, Geocoding, Places API) and background geolocation tracking.

• Data Persistence & Networking: In-depth knowledge of local database persistence (SQLite, Hive, Isar) and high-throughput RESTful/event-driven API consumption.

• Testing & Release Automation: Strong experience in writing automated unit/widget/integration tests and configuring mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Codemagic, Bitrise).

Experienced Required:

• 4+ years of professional mobile application development experience, with at least 2+ years dedicated exclusively to building production-grade Flutter applications.

• Proven track record of shipping and maintaining secure, transactional, or financial-grade mobile applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong analytical reasoning and systematic approach to resolving complex concurrency, state management, and race conditions.

• Clear communication skills to articulate architecture decisions, security trade-offs, and risks across cross-functional engineering and business teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable cross-platform codebase (Android & iOS) using Flutter and Dart.

• Champion scalable architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, BLoC) ensuring decoupled business logic and maintainable codebases.

• Enforce mobile application security standards aligned with OWASP Mobile Top 10, including SSL/TLS certificate pinning, secure storage (Keychain/Keystore), and data encryption.

• Implement anti-tampering defenses, runtime application self-protection (RASP), code obfuscation, and root/jailbreak detection mechanisms.

• Integrate mobile clients seamlessly with complex backend microservices, RESTful APIs, and Google Maps Platform (Maps SDK, Places API, geolocation tracking).

• Write platform-native code (Kotlin/Swift) via Flutter Platform Channels to interface with low-level OS APIs and security hardware.

• Profile and optimize app performance to consistently achieve smooth 60/120 FPS rendering, eliminating memory leaks, jank, and battery drain.

• Automate mobile testing and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
