Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Master`s or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputed university with no third division/class in any academic result.

• Age At most 55 years

• Age: Maximum 55 (fifty five) years as on last date of application.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Manager in any reputed Bank with proven track record.

• Applicant preferably have started his/her career as MTO or Probationary Officer.

• The candidates must have exposure and experience in Branch Management, Banking Operations and Business development.

• Applicant having break of service need not apply.

• Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management and Foreign Trade Operations is required

• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal relationship

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing Branch portfolio and achieve business target.

• Maintain close liaison and coordination with all stakeholders.

• Ensuring smooth functioning of daily Banking operations of the Branch aligning with the objectives set by the Management of the Bank.

• Ensuring proper compliance in every aspect of Branch operations.

• Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with achieving the branch contribution to profitability and growth of the Bank.

• Planning, directing and managing Branch Sales Team for acquiring new businesses and achieving desired sales targets.

• Playing key role for delivering financial solutions that meet customer`s needs; building long lasting relationship in local community and ensuring high-quality customer services.

• Ensure effective process, regulatory compliance and controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements.

• Leading, coaching and managing Branch people, assisting them to achieve individual and team targets as well as fostering their individual career development aspirations.
