Responsibilities & Context:

• To achieve set Medium/ Emerging Corporate Business Asset & Liability targets in terms of sales volume and number of accounts to develop own portfolio

• Maintaining quality asset through effective retention and prioritizing relationships, having appropriate relationship management plan & taking consultative approach to understand client' s objectives, effective identification of financial needs, offering financial solutions

• To develop sales strategies for product channels and managing existing portfolio health

• Monitor proper utilization of investment facilities in Medium/ Emerging Corporate accounts and maintain the quality of risk assets and ensure periodic review of the facilities

• Prepare proposal through evaluating customer investment applications using a range of criteria including purpose of application, investment viability, customer payment history, customer credit-worthiness etc.

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer' s business through regular customer visits and industry research

• Monitor non-performing investments and decide on appropriate strategies and plan to liaise with recovery activities.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements

• To follow and maintain the compliance of all types and policies of the competent authorities
