• Financial Business support through IT Solutions, Enterprise Applications, Information Security best practices & regulatory guidelines.

• Knowledge & skill –BACH/BEFTN/RTGS, Core Banking and allied Banking applications.

• Requirements may be relaxed for relevant and experienced candidates.

• Experience in Mobile App Development using Flutter will be considered an added advantage.

• Provide end-user support & service for core banking applications.

• Must have professional experience in application development using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, including Web Service, Restful Web API, jQuery and MSSQL Server.

• Exposure to Angular/ReactJS, HTML5, JavaScript and CSS.

• Implement RESTful Web services to retrieve data from the client side and make REST.

• Competent in Windows systems and related service management.

• Analyze and understand business processes, including identifying changes and requirements.

• Assist with application configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and client support initiatives.

• Write and execute queries, analyze data and troubleshoot issues.

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, collaborate with users, and drive project alignment across all levels of the organization.

• Manage application & project implementations.

• Conduct application testing, track and resolve bugs, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

• Identify problems and recommend improved procedures and controls.

• Provide user training, guidance, and feedback to enhance end-user capabilities and system utilization.
