Key Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve business targets for loan disbursement, recovery/collection, and deposit mobilization.

• Organize weekly Uthan Boithak sessions in different locations in coordination with Branch officials, and submit relevant reports.

• Conduct regular meetings and develop strong relationships with government and local stakeholders—including UAO, ULO, UFO, and community leaders—to facilitate business development and operational support.

• Identify new business opportunities through market visits, field surveys, and customer engagement initiatives to ensure sustainable portfolio growth.

• Source quality Agri-SME loan proposals from Branches, Sub-branches, Agent Banking Outlets, and business communities.

• Ensure superior customer service and maintain strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and business retention.

• Provide end-to-end credit support, including pre-disbursement visits, loan proposal analysis, coordination with CRM and other stakeholders, oversight of loan documentation, and post-disbursement monitoring.
