Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, with proven experience in credit card/product management, portfolio management, team management, and business execution.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of card products, portfolio management, and profitability drivers.
Ability to develop and execute business strategies, campaigns, and customer propositions.
Strong project management and execution capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on innovation and sustainable business growth.
