• Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading sales teams and managing large business portfolios.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing, NBFIs.

• Demonstrated success in developing developer relationships and scaling Home Loan business.

1. Strategic Leadership: Define and execute Home Loan growth strategy, establish sales structure, and identify emerging market opportunities for sustainable expansion.

2. Business Development & Market Expansion: Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth through strategic partnerships, alternate sourcing channels, and market expansion initiatives.

3. Team Building & Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management to foster a results-driven culture.

4. Portfolio & Risk Oversight: Ensure portfolio quality and sustainable growth by monitoring performance metrics and collaborating with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams.

5. Stakeholder Management: Engage senior leadership and stakeholders to provide insights, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency.
