Job Context

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights and analytics for the Credit-SME department of IDLC Finance PLC. The role will focus on analyzing loan application data and loan performance data, developing insightful dashboards and reports, supporting data-driven decision-making, and contributing to the development and enhancement of credit scoring models.

Job Description

• Analyzing loan application and loan performance data to find out patterns and trends, visualizing the findings, giving recommendations, and preparing insightful reports.

• Ensuring uninterrupted availability of periodic dashboards for senior management to track loan application movement between different functional departments.

• Developing new dynamic dashboards and reports for monitoring key performance indicators of Credit-SME and facilitating data-driven policy drafting within the department.

• Building credit scoring models and assessing model performance periodically.

Job Requirements

Education:

Graduation/Post Graduation degree in Statistics, Data Science, MIS, or a relevant subject from a reputed university.

Other Requirements:

• Excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a data-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in analytics tools and working knowledge of R, Shiny and SQL is a must. Familiarity with machine learning models is required.

• Clear understanding of statistical principles, concepts, and standards.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses clearly and precisely.

Experience:

1 year of experience in the relevant field. However, freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
