• Comprehensive understanding of Bangladesh Bank (BB) guidelines on ICC and Audit Compliance.
• Proven experience in a Compliance, Audit, or Internal Control role within the banking industry.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and tracking the remediation of audit and inspection findings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills for tracking multiple compliance items.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting and tracking purposes.

• Ensure the Compliance Unit operates in accordance with BB guidelines and internal ICC policy to maintain effective internal controls.

• Ensure the timely compliance and resolution of findings from the bank's internal audits and surprise inspections.

• Ensure timely compliance with findings from External Audit reports and Bangladesh Bank inspection reports.

• Ensure timely remediation of all issues identified during Core Risk audits and inspections.

• Perform other related activities and special projects as assigned by management.
