• Successful completion of the required JAIBB/AIBB examination, as applicable, is mandatory for consideration of the next job grade, in line with Bangladesh Bank requirements.

• Candidates working in centralised Banks will be preferred.

• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

• Requirements may be relaxed for relevant and experienced candidates.

• Preparing all annual/interim credit reviews, compiling all supporting data and background information.

• To Visiting customers on a regular interval. Credit /Investment Risk Management Policy (CRMP).

• Monitoring credit terms as per Sanction Advice including submission of stock statements, DP calculation, factory/plant inspections, raising early alerts.

• Monitoring security terms are completed and complied with Monitoring security terms are completed and complied with.

• Maintaining liaison with internal and external auditors/inspectors and ensure any irregularities pertaining to credit administration are reported and rectified.

• To analyze credit risk and take responsibility for preparation of comprehensive credit proposals and reviews.

• Liaise with Risk Managers and Documentation Manager.

• Liaise with trade support unit to provide best possible trade financing solution to customers.

• Monitoring account performance, past due analysis and preparing periodic reviews and in particular to ensure that any change in risk of the account is identified promptly.

• Grow the customer base through marketing and business development efforts, including cross selling to existing customer base.
