Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics from a reputed university.

• No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.

• Preferably completed Banking Diploma courses (JAIBB & AIBB)

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking

• Age At least 24 years

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Demonstrated strong work ethic, commitment, and willingness to take on challenging assignments.Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Working knowledge of Power BI and Python will be an added advantage.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual who is passionate about Capital Market to join our investment banking team. The right candidate will play a critical role in supporting corporate finance activities, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory services. This position demands strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a deep understanding of market trends. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

1. Assist in the execution of investment banking transactions, including M&A, IPOs, debt and equity financing, and corporate restructuring projects.

2. Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and product proposals in accordance with applicable BSEC rules, regulations, and guidelines.

3. Conduct in-depth industry, sector, and company research to support transaction execution, strategic advisory, and business development initiatives.

4. Support the preparation of financial analysis, valuation, and financial models for various corporate finance and capital market transactions.

5. Coordinate and support due diligence processes in collaboration with legal, financial, tax, operational, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.

6. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, quality, and professionalism in all client communications, analyses, presentations, and other deliverables.
