Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in ensuring Shariah compliance of the Company's operations, products, transactions and related activities.
Assist in organizing and conducting Shariah Council Meetings and preparing proper minutes and records.
Maintain effective correspondence and communication with Shariah Resource Persons and relevant stakeholders.
Design Shariah Audit Plans and Programs and monitor/follow up the implementation of Shariah Audit recommendations.
Prepare Shariah Audit Reports and review executed transaction documents to ensure compliance with Shariah principles.
Review and identify Shariah-related issues arising from operational and business activities and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain necessary records and documentation relating to Shariah review, audit and compliance activities.
Contribute to strengthening the Company's overall Shariah governance and compliance framework.
Perform any other Shariah-related responsibilities assigned by the competent authority.
