Education:
Master's and Bachelor's Degrees from any accredited university, each with at least Second Class or equivalent CGPA. or,
A 4 (four) years Bachelor (Honours) Degree with at least Second Class or equivalent CGPA.
Candidates holding degrees from foreign universities must submit an equivalence certificate issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh.
FCA (ICAB) / CMA (ICMAB) or (ACII / CIP) UK or Diploma in Insurance(Both Certificate Stage and Associate ship Stage) / Risk Management will be get preferred

- Age At most 64 years
Chief Executive Officer of a non-life insurance company, or at least 2 (two) years of experience in the position immediately below the position of Chief Executive Officer of a non-life insurance company with a minimum of 12 (twelve) years total experience in insurance business.
The candidate must also have at least 1 (one) year of experience in administrative or other duties, excluding development-related duties, at the Head Office within the required period of experience.
Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of fostering productive relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
Demonstrated expertise in promoting insurance products and driving business development.
Must have Non-Life insurance background
