Responsibilities & Context:
· Lead all financial operations including accounting, treasury, and taxation
· Prepare and present financial statements and reports to the board
· Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
· Manage capital structure, liquidity, and investments
· Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders
· Monitor underwriting performance and profitability
· Support reinsurance strategy from a financial perspective
