Job Nature: Desk Job under Customer Service Division
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours/day)

Key Responsibilities:
Collecting necessary information for setting up customer accounts
Resolving customer complaints and inquiries promptly
Maintaining accurate customer records
Achieving the assign upsell/cross sell goal, giving the right pitch to the potential customers.
Providing feedback to improve customer service processes
