Experience:
BBA/MBA in Banking and Insurance from a reputed University.
Master in Commerce from a reputed University.
Having an Insurance Diploma will add extra value and be given extra preference.
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Non-life insurance’s underwriting/Branch Control Dept.
Age upto 35 year(s).

Adequate Computer skill in MS-Office (Excel, Words)

Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt underwriting support to branch offices.
Maintain adequate knowledge across all classes of underwriting.
Check all underwriting-related documents for accuracy and completeness.
Monitor and follow up on branch business volume and un-deposited premium positions.
Prepare cancellations and refunds.
Prepare quotations and premium bills for all classes of business.
Analyze pre-underwriting inspection reports, cross-check them with the respective policies, and take necessary action.
Handle required arrangements for the Annual and Half-Yearly Branch conferences.
Prepare individual performance reports.
Prepare income and expenditure statements.
Perform daily tasks in the Branch Control software.
Visit branches as needed.
Resolve operational issues and coordinate with other departments.
Liaise with Finance & Accounts, Re-insurance, and Internal Audit & Compliance Departments, and reconcile management information system statements.
Carry out any other related duties assigned by management from time to time.
