Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets for classified and overdue loans
Follow up with borrowers to ensure regularization and settlement of outstanding dues
Coordinate with Legal, Credit Risk, Business, and other relevant departments for effective recovery
Conduct regular borrower follow-ups and maintain accurate recovery status reports
Support the execution of recovery strategies, settlement arrangements, and action plans
Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines
