We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and highly competent Branch Manager for our Benemoy Securities Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Acquire new retail and high-net-worth investors, expand the branch’s portfolio, and meet brokerage commission targets.
Branch Operations: Supervise daily share trading activities, account openings, depository services (BO accounts), and back-office settlements.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations strictly follow BSEC and stock exchange (DSE/CSE) rules, particularly concerning margin loans, exposure limits, and audit requirements.
Team Leadership: Manage and train relationship managers, authorized representatives (traders), and customer service staff.
Client Relations: Resolve investor complaints, provide market updates, and maintain high service reliability.
