Relationship Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven Relationship Executive to drive business growth through field sales and customer acquisition activities. The selected candidate will work closely with assigned branches and sub-branches to acquire new customers, mobilize deposits, generate business for the Bank’s products and services, and achieve assigned business targets through extensive field visits.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Customer Acquisition
Conduct extensive field visits to acquire new customers and expand the Bank’s customer base within the assigned territory.
Identify potential individual and business customers and develop new business opportunities.
Deposit Mobilization
Mobilize deposits by acquiring Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), and other deposit products.
Develop and maintain relationships with individual and business customers to increase deposit portfolio.
Product Sales
Generate business for Credit Cards, Retail Loans, and other banking products and services.
Proactively engage with customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Generate repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer value through effective relationship management.
Target Achievement & Performance
Achieve assigned monthly business targets and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Performance will be evaluated monthly based on assigned targets and KPIs.
Employees exceeding their monthly targets will be eligible for performance-based incentives in accordance with the applicable incentive policy.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in field sales, direct sales, customer acquisition, business development, or sales will be considered an added advantage.
Experience in banking, financial institutions, telecommunications, FMCG, insurance, or similar industries will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
Willingness to perform extensive field visits anywhere in Bangladesh.
Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will be preferred.
