Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a UGC-approved or accredited university.
Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in banking or financial services, or in the FMCG or telecommunications industries, with demonstrated experience in team supervision, field sales, relationship management or distributor-channel development.
Prior experience in SME, Supply Chain Finance, Distributor/Channel Finance or similar credit-linked field operations will be strongly preferred.
Proven track record of managing a field team against KPIs and targets.
Strong people-management and team-leadership capabilities, with the ability to train, motivate and hold a field team accountable.
High level of initiative and ownership, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and drive outcomes independently.
Strong professional conduct, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to track KPI performance and translate data into action plans.
Willingness to travel extensively to field and distributor locations.

The bank is seeking a qualified and purpose-driven professional for the following position within its SME Banking Division.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team deployed in the field.
Cascade management-assigned KPIs and targets to individual team members and regularly monitor their achievement on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Design and conduct structured training for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain portfolio quality across the assigned regions.
Track the pipeline and conversion at each stage of onboarding, identify bottlenecks and provide hands-on field support to resolve stalled cases.
Conduct regular visits to distributor points and SME Unit Offices to verify onboarding quality, portfolio health and adherence to process and compliance standards.
Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, and prepare and present performance and status reports to the Head of Distributor Finance.
Act as the first point of escalation for field-level issues raised by business teams, distributors or anchors, and coordinate with Transaction Banking, CAD and other relevant units to resolve them.
