• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Having partial or full completion of CMA, ACCA, CFA, CA will be preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and people management skill.

1.       Assist companies in raising capital through debt (Corporate bond, Zero Coupon equity financing (IPO, Right Share) including preparing memorandum, identifying potential investors and negotiating terms.

2.       Provide advice on a range of financial matters, such as restructuring, valuation, capital allocation and shareholder’s value optimization.

3.       Communicate with the regulatory authorities, various stakeholders and investors to provide updates on corporate initiatives and seek input on strategic decisions.

4.       Advise on potential mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures; including financial modeling and deal structuring.

5.       Meet with both potential and current corporate clients to understand their financial goals and needs. Provide personalized advice on investment strategies and financial solutions.

6.       Conduct in-depth financial analysis of companies, industries and markets to provide insights and recommendations for corporate decision making.

7.       Look for new business opportunities and prepare proposals to attract new clients.

8.       Any other investment banking related tasks as assigned by the management.
