Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in relevant disciplines with no third division in academic records. MBA from top business school will be an added advantage
∎ Professionals with CFA, CA or CMA degree will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make strategic decisions, steer operations, manage resources and drive overall performance to achieve the objectives of the company
∎ Build tie-ups and connectivity with the industry players; create strong customer base and introduce innovative products and services; build a diversified business portfolio
∎ Assume, both the top-line and bottom-line responsibility of the company, while creating the long-term value for the shareholders
∎ Build organizational capabilities in all fronts, such as. business, technology, operations, human resource, and formulate policies and processes
∎ Monitor market and macroeconomic development and make prudential investment decisions within the risk appetite of the shareholders
∎ Manage the expectations of the investors and other stakeholders including the customers, regulators, corporates, peers, and related industry players
∎ Set high compliance and governance standard and uphold the public image of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 (Two) Years’ of working experience in any leading bank or Financial Institution out of which at least 5 years in a senior role (at least Deputy CEO) in Investment Bank/Merchant Bank.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and people management skill
∎ Very strong analytical ability and updated knowledge in micro and macro-economic development
∎ Sound knowledge of financial markets, instruments and regulations
