Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly loan and deposit targets
Ensure collection and recovery of the loan portfolio
Ensure quality customer service delivery
Oversee the entire business book: Deposit, SME, and Retail segments
Manage, develop, and lead the business team
Develop and roll out plans for client acquisition, portfolio expansion, retention, and profitability
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, internal policy, AML/CFT, and all risk frameworks
