Additional Requirements:

Relevant experience, preferably in Telesales or customer service
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
Excellent verbal communication skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing investors.
Present and promote brokerage products to potential investors.
Assess customer needs and provide relevant product and service information.
Generate and convert leads, respond to customer inquiries and promote brokerage products and services.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions to support smooth business operations.
Follow up with leads and close sales opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries and professionally resolve issues.
Check BO Accounts opening forms to keep a record of client’s data.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
