Responsibilities & Context:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Shanta Easy Trade & Shanta Easy X, ensuring alignment with the company's digital business objectives and long-term growth strategy.

• Drive the growth of digital trading by identifying new business opportunities, enhancing customer adoption, and improving digital engagement across the customer journey.

• Define product priorities based on business objectives, customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Product Ownership & Development

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product ideation, market research, business requirement gathering, product development, testing, launch, and continuous enhancement.

• Collaborate closely with Technology, Business, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time.

• Maintain and continuously refine the product roadmap by balancing customer expectations, business priorities, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.

• Assess product-related risks and make informed decisions that balance innovation, customer experience, and operational practicality.

Digital Growth & Customer Experience

• Design and execute digital growth initiatives and customer engagement campaigns to increase customer acquisition, activation, trading frequency, and retention.

• Gather insights from customer feedback, usage analytics, stakeholder inputs, and customer service interactions to continuously improve the product experience.

• Champion customer-centric product improvements to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

Data Analytics & Performance Management

• Define, monitor, and drive key product and business KPIs, including digital adoption, active users, customer engagement, transaction growth, retention, and revenue contribution.

• Lead product analytics initiatives by implementing and optimizing analytics tools, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making processes.

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product innovation and business growth.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Act as the primary product owner by coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.

• Lead and develop the Digital Client Service Management team to ensure exceptional customer support and continuous service improvement.

• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the digital product ecosystem.
