∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with the MD & CEO to develop an Operating Plan to ensure alignment with short-term and long-term investment and strategic objectives
∎ Supervising and reviewing Financial Operations & Reporting
∎ Managing company affairs & secretariat
∎ Formulating and Reviewing budget
∎ Assisting MD & CEO to meet the business target of the company
∎ Supervising trading & settlement operation
∎ Supervising the overall activities of accounts department and treasury operation
∎ Preparing financial statements and reports
∎ Ensuring compliance of regulatory guidelines and internal policies and reporting to the higher authorities
∎ Working with Software/Technology development team to ensure that the systems achieve outcomes in line with the Operating Plan.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 (Five) Years’ of relevant experience in a Merchant Bank/ Brokerage.
∎ In-Depth Knowledge in all business functions of a Merchant Bank
∎ Analytical mind- set and thorough knowledge of the capital market and related regulations
∎ Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
∎ Excellent communication skill in Bangla and English
