Responsibilities & Context:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Prepare job advertisements, coordinate written tests, interviews and assessment centers.
Screen applications, evaluate candidates and maintain talent databases.
Process recruitment documentation and appointment formalities.
Ensure compliance with the Bank's recruitment policy and regulatory requirements.
