Experience Requirements:
5–10 years’ experience in RMG industry or related banking/financial evaluation role with practical experience in RMG sector.
Experience in garments merchandising, production planning, or export-oriented factory operations
Responsibilities & Context:
Assess RMG factory operations including production system, workflow, and efficiency
Evaluate production capacity, machine utilization and order handling capability
Analyze sourcing system, raw materials procurement, and supply chain performance
Review cost structure, FOB pricing, and contribution margin analysis
Assess profitability, cash flow, and financial viability of RMG projects
Conduct factory inspection, due diligence, and risk assessment
Periodic Stock verification and report to the Senior Management in regular interval
Prepare detailed credit appraisal and project evaluation reports
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of RMG production process and factory operations
Expertise in costing, pricing, and contribution margin analysis
Ability to assess production capacity and operational efficiency
Understanding of import-export procedures, LC, and banking documentation
Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and report writing
Strong communication and site inspection capability
