Education:

1. Assist the mortgage team with administrative and operational support throughout the loan process.

2. Learn and assist with the preparation and organization of mortgage loan files.

3. Review borrower documents such as pay stubs, W-2s, tax returns, bank statements, and identification documents under supervision.

4. Assist in checking documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

5. Support the team in entering and updating borrower information in the Loan Origination System (LOS) and CRM.

6. Assist with maintaining accurate borrower and loan records.

7. Learn the basics of Form 1003 / Uniform Residential Loan Application and assist with data entry under supervision.

8. Assist in tracking loan milestones, pending documents, conditions, and deadlines.

9. Coordinate with internal team members to follow up on outstanding documentation.

10. Support communication and follow-up with borrowers and relevant stakeholders as assigned.

11. Assist the team in preparing loan-related reports, checklists, and documentation.

12. Learn the fundamentals of borrower income, asset, liability, DTI, and LTV analysis.

13. Gain practical exposure to Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA mortgage loan programs.

14. Learn the basics of U.S. mortgage compliance and documentation requirements.

15. Support processors, loan officers, and other team members with daily mortgage operations.

16. Maintain confidentiality and handle borrower information responsibly.

17. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or mortgage team.
