Responsibilities & Context:
Operations & Program Management
Lead overall day-to-day operations of Transfotech Global Bangladesh, a sister concern of Shera International Group.
Plan, coordinate, and execute course preparation & curriculum, batch scheduling and arranging, instructor coordination, and program arrangements (bootcamps, workshops, certification, webinars, corporate trainings)
Ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of training programs, from enrollment to certification.
Build and manage SOPs, reporting dashboards, and operational KPIs for management review.
Sales & Business Development (B2B / B2C / B2U / B2G)
Drive the full sales pipeline across all four segments: corporate clients (B2B), individual learners (B2C), universities and academic institutions (B2U), and government/development-sector projects (B2G)
Develop go-to-market plans, pricing proposals, and partnership models for each segment.
Lead generation, proposal writing, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
Liaison, Stakeholder & Partnership Management
Build and maintain relationships with universities, corporates, government bodies, training partners, and industry associations.
Represent Transfotech Global Bangladesh in meetings, events, fairs, and seminars.
Maintain regular liaison with the global (US) management team and ensure timely execution of assigned deliverables.
Team & Project Leadership
Recruit, supervise, and mentor local operations, marketing, and sales support staff as the team grows.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional projects assigned by management
