Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 26 years
  • Experience in enterprise infrastructure management, server administration, firewall management, and IT security is highly preferred.

  • Experience in managing multi-location IT operations will be an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and maintain the organization's overall IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum system availability and operational efficiency.

  • Administer Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud-based infrastructure services.

  • Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and enterprise network environments.

  • Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and other network security appliances.

  • Perform firmware upgrades, security patch management, and infrastructure updates to ensure system integrity.

  • Implement and enforce information security policies, cybersecurity controls, and access management practices.

  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure business continuity through proactive maintenance.

  • Plan, build, deploy, and maintain physical and virtual servers, storage solutions, and backup systems.

  • Develop, implement, and regularly test backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, CCTV systems, and other IT equipment.

  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues across the organization.

  • Maintain and manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email systems, and enterprise collaboration platforms.

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory, allocation, maintenance, warranty tracking, and disposal.

  • Maintain accurate records of IT hardware, software licenses, network diagrams, infrastructure documentation, and system configurations.

  • Identify IT hardware and software requirements and coordinate procurement in accordance with organizational policies and budgets.

  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency, security, and scalability.

  • Coordinate with internet service providers, software vendors, hardware suppliers, and third-party service providers to ensure uninterrupted IT services.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, security standards, software licensing, and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor cybersecurity threats, investigate security incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Prepare periodic reports on IT infrastructure performance, asset utilization, security status, and ongoing technology initiatives.

  • Lead or support IT infrastructure expansion, digital transformation, and technology implementation projects as assigned.

  • Manage the procurement, licensing, implementation, maintenance, renewal, and vendor support of all third-party software and enterprise applications.

  • Perform any other IT infrastructure, information security, or technology-related responsibilities assigned by management.
