Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Executive who can manage our social media platforms, create engaging designs, edit videos, and publish content according to a daily schedule.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and CapCut. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Prepare weekly and monthly content calendars.
Design creative social media posts, banners, carousels, stories, advertisements, and YouTube thumbnails.
Edit promotional videos, Reels, Shorts, product videos, and other digital content.
Schedule and publish content daily across all platforms.
Write clear and engaging captions in Bangla and English.
Maintain consistent brand colours, styles, and visual quality.
Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience feedback.
Research current trends, competitors, hashtags, and content ideas.
Track page performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports.
Coordinate with the marketing and management teams.
Support digital campaigns and promotional activities when required.
